I know that is has been a while since I have posted. It seems like I have been doing nothing, but at the same time, I feel like I have been so busy. How does that happen?

Thanksgiving was this last week. It was great. There are so many things in my life that I am thankful for. My family, my home, my friends, etc. The list can go on and on. Here are some things thankful for:

My husband is amazing. He is the most caring and kind person. He loves me for me. He is handsome, hard working, and is always making me laugh. He loves our children very much, and is a fabulous daddy. Carson and Sydney are really lucky to have him as a father.

My baby boy, Carson, is hilarious. The other night, after giving him a hair cut, I told him that he was "handsome." He looks at Evan, rubs his new haircut, and says, "Carson handsome" with this ornery little smirk on his face. Since Evan and I laughed, he did this about 15 times, and would laugh so hard each time. These little moments in my house are what I am thankful for.

My little girl, Sydney, is so sweet. I know that every other person probably hates this, but she is a major mommies girl. She will cry and cry until the second I take her. Some nights, Evan will try to rock her to sleep, and she will just cry. So, he will hand her to me, and she will stop crying. I get her settled down and hand her right back to Evan, and she will start crying right away. She was doing this the other night and for the first time, she actually reached for me. I feel so loved and wanted. These are precious moments that I love!

These pictures were from the family photos that my family had taken. Here are some more of them. I love my family!

  1. Aw, that makes me all choked up. You have such a wonderful family.

  2. So cute! Ok, when did Sydney turn into such a chunk?? I just wanna pinch those cheeks!!
