Today was one of those days that I wonder if it's going to end - in a good and bad way. This morning I spent about an hour on the phone with the Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor's office trying to get Carson surgery scheduled. His surgery to get his tonsils and adenoids removed is set for September 1st. While I was on the phone, the kids were being awfully quiet, but I was thankful (during that time) for some time to actually talk on the phone. After I finally get off the phone, I walk into my room and was told that it snowed. And yes, it's 6:15, and it's still like this.
So, we decided to go outside and play...basically so I didn't have to think/see the toilet paper ALL over my house. They had a blast playing in the hot trampoline.
So what is better on a hot day than a popsicle?
After nap, (AHHH...that was wonderful) Carson and I made some homemade Italian bread and lasagna. He was such a "help."
All in a days work. I am so blessed to get to experience days like these with my two little babies.
Oh, and these pictures are taken with my new Nikon D3000! :)

Great photos, Kylie! I wondered which camera you would end up with! How are you liking the Nikon? One of my good scrapping buddies has the Nikon and wouldn't use anything else!
ReplyDeleteLove seeing your little ones grow up through the pictures on your blog!
I was just going to ask if you took those with your new camera. Those pictures are awesome! Also, it must be hard to get too upset when you see those adorable little faces smiling up at you!
